Support test: Priorities

Question: You receive almost at the same time three support problems, from three different clients:

  • user authentication doesn't work anymore
  • an important functionality is broken when using Internet Explorer
  • and one mentioning a 500 error page, with few technical details but lots of CAPS LOCK and PUNCTUATION!!!!

In which order do you approach these problems?
